Getting started
Understand how ECARD works and get your organization up and running in a few minutes.
ECARD lets an organization manage every colleague's professional identity centrally: email signatures first and foremost, but also profile pages, NFC cards and wallets — with a shared visual identity, instant updates and interaction tracking.
How it works
- You create users (the people in your organization).
- You design shared templates: email signature, profile page, NFC card, wallet, contact file.
- You deploy: each colleague shares their identity via their email signature, profile page, NFC card, QR code or wallet.
- You collect contacts and track engagement in the statistics.
Example: a 20-person company creates a signature template and a profile-page template in the brand's colors, adds its 20 colleagues, deploys the signatures, then orders NFC cards. In one afternoon, the whole team shares a consistent, up-to-date identity.
