Welcome

The ECARD documentation — centralized email signatures, profile pages, NFC business cards, wallet and prospecting, all managed from a multi-user dashboard.

Welcome to the ECARD documentation. ECARD centralizes your whole team's professional identity and deploys it across your channels. Its flagship feature: email signatures that are harmonized and managed centrally for the entire organization. ECARD also covers profile pages, NFC business cards, Wallet cards and contact files (vCard) — all from a multi-user dashboard at app.ecardnfc.fr, with contact collection and engagement tracking.

This documentation describes the ECARD interface. The menu and button labels quoted match those in the dashboard. If a step differs slightly from your screen, rely on the labels indicated.

In short

In practice, ECARD lets you:

  • deploy consistent email signatures across the whole organization;
  • centralize your team's identity (logo, colors, contact details, entities);
  • share the same identity across multiple channels (signature, profile page, card, QR, wallet);
  • update information once, everywhere, with no manual rework;
  • collect contacts and measure engagement.

Example: a team member changes their mobile number. You fix their profile once in the dashboard — their email signature, public page, vCard and Wallet card reflect the new number immediately.

Where to start

  1. Getting started — understand the concepts and get going.
  2. First steps — step-by-step setup.
  3. Email signatures — create and deploy your signatures.
