Subscription

Subscription

Plans, modules and card credits.

Your subscription determines which features are available and how many users are included. You manage it under Subscription (and billing under Organization settings → Billing). The subscription is why a section (Wallet, Signatures, Campaigns…) shows up for one organization and not another.

Plans

ECARD offers several plans, from the simplest to the Custom plan, which lets you pick exactly the modules you want. Each plan defines:

  • the modules enabled (see below);
  • the number of users included;
  • any card credits bundled in.

To compare plans and size yours, reach out to your ECARD contact or support.

Modules (depending on your plan)

Modules can be enabled to match your needs, for example:

  • Email signatures
  • NFC cards
  • Wallets
  • QR codes
  • Campaigns & banners
  • Lead capture (card OCR scanning)
  • Contact export
  • CRM & API integrations
  • Custom attributes
  • Advanced statistics

A feature isn't showing? It's probably not included in your plan. This is the most common cause of a "missing" section — see the troubleshooting guides, which all point back here.

Card credits

NFC card orders consume credits. You can add them one by one (payment) or through your plan. Your credit balance is shown when you place an order.

Billing

Under Organization settings → Billing, fill in:

  • the billing address (company, VAT, registration number);
  • the invoice recipients;
  • the IT contact.

Access to billing is limited to owners / administrators.

Good to know

  • Changing plan or adding a module is done with the ECARD team: contact support or your usual contact.
  • A greyed-out section may be due to an insufficient role rather than the plan: see Users & roles.
  • Vocabulary (plan, module, credit): see the glossary.

For any questions about plans and sizing, contact the ECARD team via support.
