Ordering cards
Place an NFC card order — design, material, recipients, delivery, payment and tracking.
Orders are placed from NFC Cards → Order. Make sure you've prepared at least one card template beforehand.
Order flow
- Choose the design from your card templates.
- Select the material: PVC, Bamboo or Metal.
- Choose the recipients: users, groups or tags. Each card can be personalized with a different user's name (personalized card) or stay anonymous.
- Enter the delivery address, then the billing address.
- Review the summary (quantity, price) and confirm payment.
Tip: to equip a whole team at once, target a group rather than adding users one by one. See Groups, tags & entities.
PVC pricing is tiered: the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. Bamboo and Metal are flat-rate.
Personalized or anonymous?
- Personalized: each user's name is printed on their card and the card is pre-assigned to them. Handy for a name-by-name handout.
- Anonymous: the cards carry no name; each recipient activates theirs with their own email. Handy for stock to be handed out later.
Card credits
Depending on your plan, orders may be deducted from your card credits. You can top up credits individually (payment) or through your subscription. See Subscription.
Order tracking
An order moves through the following statuses:
- Pending — order recorded, payment to be confirmed.
- Confirmed — payment approved.
- In production — cards being printed.
- Shipped — parcel handed to the carrier.
- Delivered — cards received.

On arrival, cards must be activated before they work. See Activate a card.
Troubleshooting
- The price isn't what I expected → check the chosen material (only PVC is tiered) and the quantity.
- I can't confirm the order → make sure a template is selected, recipients are filled in, and credits/payment are available. See Subscription.
- My order stays "pending" → payment hasn't been confirmed yet.
