Statistics

The Statistics section measures the usage and engagement of your ECARD materials. It helps you answer concrete questions: which channel generates the most contacts? which cards are actually used? was a campaign seen?

What you track

Statistics are split into tabs:

Profiles — profile page views.
Cards — NFC card scans.
Signatures — email signature insertions and clicks.
Campaigns — banner views and clicks.
QR codes — scans.
Contacts — contacts collected.

Reading your statistics

Open Statistics in the menu.
Choose the tab for the material you want to analyze (Profiles, Cards, and so on).
Adjust the time range to compare two moments (e.g. before/after a trade show).
Filter as needed by user, group or tag to isolate a segment.

Example

After a trade show, you open the Cards tab for the week of the event: you see the number of scans, and the Contacts tab tells you how many people left their details. This gives you a concrete measure of the operation's payoff.

Traffic sources

Each interaction is tied to its source (card, wallet, signature, vCard, direct access, and so on). This tells you which channel drives the most engagement: for example, if most profile views come from the email signature, that's the channel to prioritize.

Home page indicators

The dashboard shows at a glance: contacts collected, profile views, active NFC cards, active campaigns, signatures inserted and QR code scans. It's a quick summary; the Statistics tabs provide the detail.

Troubleshooting

My scans don't show up right away. A small processing delay is normal; refresh the page after a moment.
A card shows zero scans. Check that it is properly activated and linked to a profile. See Activate a card and Card troubleshooting.
Signature clicks aren't going up. They're only counted when the recipient clicks a link in the signature; plain email opens don't count.

Good to know

Statistics measure aggregated interactions, not the identity of the people scanning (privacy-friendly).
The availability of advanced statistics depends on your plan.
