Campaigns
Broadcast scheduled marketing banners across signatures, profile pages and wallets.
A campaign displays a banner (image or video) on your touchpoints for a set period: email signatures, profile pages, wallet cards and dedicated pages. It's the way to relay an event or an offer across your whole ECARD fleet, without editing each touchpoint individually.
Create a campaign
- Open Campaigns and create a campaign (name + schedule).
- Add the media (images / videos) and set their display dates on the timeline.
- Set the assignment: which users / teams it applies to.
- Choose the audience — which touchpoints it shows on: email signature, profile page, wallet, page.
- Activate the campaign: it displays automatically on the scheduled dates.
A screenshot of the timeline, with two media scheduled on different dates, illustrates how it works.
Priority and rotation
When several campaigns apply to the same touchpoint, ECARD uses the priority you set (or a random display if you enable it) to pick which one to show. Set the priority to make sure an important campaign comes before the others.
Example
For a trade show in March, you create the "Trade show 2026" campaign: a "Find us at booth B12" banner scheduled from March 1 to 15, shown on the sales team's email signatures and profile pages. On March 16, the banner disappears on its own.
Tracking
Performance (views, clicks) appears in statistics, Campaigns tab. Depending on the touchpoint:
- signature: views + clicks;
- profile page / wallet: views;
- page: no click tracking (no link).
Good to know
- A scheduled campaign turns itself on and off automatically on the defined dates — no need to remove it by hand.
- On a signature, the banner refreshes on reinstall, or automatically via the Outlook add-in.
- Availability may depend on your plan.
