First steps
Set up your ECARD organization step by step, from signing in to collecting contacts.
Here is the recommended path to get started. Plan for about an hour for a full first setup.
1. Sign in
Go to app.ecardnfc.fr and sign in by email, or with Google or Microsoft. See Signing in.
To secure access, turn on two-factor authentication right from your first sign-in.
2. Complete your organization
Under Organization settings, fill in:
- the organization name;
- the logo (ideally a file with a transparent background);
- the brand colors;
- the billing information.
These items form the basis of all your templates. See Organization settings.
3. Add your users
Under Organization → Users, add the people on your team. Three methods:
- manually, one person at a time;
- via CSV import for bulk additions;
- via Microsoft Entra to sync automatically from your directory.
For a large team, set up groups and tags at this stage: you can then target orders or templates by group rather than one by one.
4. Design your templates
Create at least one template for each channel you use:
Use variables (name, job title, company…) so that a single template personalizes itself automatically for each user.
5. Share
- Order your NFC cards and hand them out, then have each holder activate their card.
- Roll out the email signatures.
- Invite your staff to add their Wallet card.
6. Track and collect
Contacts are collected automatically (profile form, card scan), and statistics measure engagement (views, scans, clicks).
Kickoff checklist
- Signed in successfully and two-factor authentication enabled
- Organization completed (name, logo, colors, billing)
- Users added
- At least one template per channel used
- Cards ordered and activated
- Signatures rolled out
- First contacts and statistics checked
Troubleshooting
- A user doesn't receive their invitation email → check spam, then see Sign-in troubleshooting.
- A card doesn't open when scanned → see Card troubleshooting.
- A variable stays visible in the signature (e.g.
{{user.firstName}}) → see Signature troubleshooting.
