Network configuration
Allow the ECARD domains so the Outlook add-in works, particularly behind a proxy or firewall.
In environments protected by a proxy or a firewall, the ECARD add-in needs outbound access to its domains. Without this access, the add-in cannot connect or insert signatures.
URLs to allow
Allow outbound access to:
https://ecardnfc.frhttps://addin.ecardnfc.fr
For some proxy types, a wildcard syntax may be required:
*ecardnfc.fr**addin.ecardnfc.fr*
Symptoms of a network block
An inadequate network configuration shows up as:
- an inability to establish a connection with the add-in;
- signatures not being inserted automatically;
- network error messages displayed in the signature panel.
Required Microsoft domains
Microsoft publishes its own list of domains required for Outlook add-ins to work in Office 365. In addition to the ECARD domains above, refer to the official Microsoft documentation for the URLs and IP address ranges to allow.
