Page editor

The profile page editor is a visual builder: you add and arrange blocks by drag-and-drop, with no code to write. What you see in the editor matches what your visitor will see.

Opening the editor

1. Open Profile page in the dashboard.
2. Create a new template, or click an existing template to edit it.
3. The editor opens: the center area shows the preview, the side panel lists the blocks and their settings.

A screenshot of the editor (preview in the center, settings on the right) helps you get your bearings the first time.

Adding and arranging blocks

• Drag a block from the palette onto the preview.
• Reorder blocks by moving them up or down.
• Select a block to reveal its settings (text, color, link…).
• Delete a block you no longer need.

Available blocks

• Photo / avatar — your portrait or the logo.
• Text — headings, job title, description.
• Contact buttons — email, phone, social links, website.
• Save button — offers your vCard for download.
• Contact form — to collect leads (see Contact form).
• Campaign banner — a slot for your Campaigns.

Variables

Blocks can contain variables that fill in automatically with each user's information, for example {{user.firstName}}, {{user.email}}, {{organization.name}}. A single template thus serves the whole team, with each person seeing their own information.

Example: a Text block containing

{{user.firstName}} {{user.lastName}} — {{user.jobTitle}}

will show "Jean Dupont — Sales Director" for Jean, and the matching name and job title for every other user on the template.

Theme and colors

Brand consistency comes from the template's colors and theme (background, text, accent, button style). Set them once and every block follows suit.

Multilingual

A profile page can offer multiple languages:

1. Set the default language.
2. Enable the languages you want.
3. Translate each block's text for each language.

The visitor then sees the page in their language (or can switch).

Save and assign

Save the template, then assign it to users, groups or tags. Each person gets their own page, kept up to date automatically from their profile.

Good to know

• Depending on your plan, the extent of customization (blocks, theme, multilingual) may vary. See Subscription.
• Remember to set the template's visibility before rolling it out.
• The available variables follow the same logic as for email signatures.

Troubleshooting

• A variable stays visible as-is ({{user.firstName}}): the matching field is empty in the profile, or the variable is misspelled. Check the user's profile.
• A change doesn't appear on the public page: save the template, then refresh the page. See Troubleshooting.
